SS8 Written HW #2–Students read text–chapt. 3 section 3 and take reading notes using the “bullets” worksheet. Due Thurs. 9/25 or Fri. 9/26 bloc.

SS8 Students read text–chapt. 3 section.  Note: Students received their chapt. 3, 4 Review sheets today so they can already begin to use them as a reference as they begin to read chapt. 3.

SS6 Students read text–chapt. 1 lesson 4.

SS8 Study for the chapt. 1and 2 test.  “in class” packet (3 assigntments) due tomorrow also.

SS6 Study for the chapt. 1 quiz–scheduled for tomorrow, Wed. 9/17.

SS8 Start studying for Wednesday’s chapt. 1 and 2 test.  Students received a very helpful test review sheet today–this should be their main focus, but don’t forget the explorers on the chapt 1 review. Remember also. . .chapt. 1 sections 4 and 5 only, and Chapt. 2 sections 1 and 2 only!!!

SS6 Written HW#2–Students complete Geography skills workseet dealing with the compass rose and bar scale. Due Tormorrow–Tues., 9/16.
